Transfer Money
Starting July 13, transferring money between your accounts at Hanscom FCU and those at other financial institutions becomes easier with our new Transfer Money service. You can access the new Transfer Money feature by clicking on the Bill Payment tab in Online Access and then clicking on Transfer Money.
If you are not currently registered for our free Online Bill Payment service: you’ll be asked to review the user agreement and accept terms before being able to access the Transfer Money feature. All your previously verified external accounts from I2I will be available for your use.
If you do not have a Hanscom FCU checking account: you’ll need to establish a Hanscom FCU checking account to access Online Bill Pay and the Transfer Money feature. We offer free checking with no minimum balance or monthly fees. Open your checking account online.
Here are key dates for you to keep in mind
Transfer Money
July 3 - No additional external accounts may be added on the current I2I Transfers system after 2 PM (you can still verify accounts previously added).
July 13-Access the new Transfer Money feature by clicking on the Bill Payment tab in Online Access and then clicking on Transfer Money.
- All your previously verified external accounts will be available with no additional set up needed.
- Your Hanscom FCU primary checking account will be available to send or receive transfers.
- You’ll need to add any additional Hanscom accounts such as savings in Transfer Money if you wish to use them to send or receive transfers.
- You can also start setting up additional external accounts.
July 13 to July 27 -You can edit or delete previously scheduled transfers on the current I2I system through 2 PM on July 27.
August 3-This is the final day that we will begin processing previously scheduled transfers on the current I2I Transfers system. You will need to set up any transfers currently scheduled beyond this date on the new Transfer Money service.
