I was preparing for a lengthy trip and needed to get an ATM card for my existing account. I was able to apply for it on line and with the help and guidance of Andrea, did receive the card within a few days. It was a very simple and straight forward process and I was relieved that I could accomplish this on line rather than have to spend time physically going to the branch.

I've been banking at HFCU for over 20 years. Credit Unions, HFCU in particular are the best way to do your banking. The customer service is top notch-efficient, friendly, quick, helpful. Great rates on savings and great rates on loans. Who could ask for more?

I really like Hanscom Federal Credit Union as a whole, but the way they handle having to replace a debit card when the bank shuts it down due to possible fraudulent activity is horrible. I was told on a Thurs. that my card was being shut down and never got my new one until the following Saturday (9 days later). I find that completely unacceptable in this day and age. They really need to come up with a better way to handle this type of issue in the future (that does not include charging me 30.00 for a rushed card).
