Hanscom FCU celebrates 65 years of service with commemorative signage

This year Hanscom Federal Credit Union celebrates 65 years of service to its members, which has been commemorated in signage on the front of their headquarters on Hanscom Air Force Base and on their operations center in Littleton, MA.

Hanscom FCU was chartered in 1953 when eight members were granted authority to form a credit union. The organization was opened on Hanscom AFB two years later. Today, it’s the sixth largest credit union in Massachusetts.

“For well over half a century, Hanscom Federal Credit Union has been a trusted source of financial innovation, information, and convenience for its members,” said Hanscom FCU Chairman Paul Marotta. “We want our members to know how much we appreciate their loyalty through the years, which has helped us grow into what we are today: a vital member of the local business community and a successful not-for-profit cooperative organization in the financial world.”
