Text Banking

Need a quick, convenient and free way to double-check your current account balances, even without Internet access?

Your text is our command. With Text Banking, you can send us simple, secure text requests to check your balances, transfer funds between accounts and view account history.

Getting Started

  • Log in to Online Access and select Text Enrollment under the Settings menu
  • Set the switch to ON, enter your mobile number, check the "Agree to Terms" box and click Save
  • Visit Settings>Account Preferences to turn on SMS and nickname accounts you want to include in Text Access
  • Text commands to 226563

Security Recommendations

  • Password protect your phone.
  • Delete text messages as soon as they are no longer needed.
  • If your phone is lost or stolen, log in to Online Access and visit Settings>Text Enrollment to turn off Text Access or change your mobile number.
  • Add our text access short code (226563) to your phone's contact list with a nickname that refers to Hanscom FCU.
