How to make payments on your HFCU loan

Here are four options for making your loan payment. Some options may require prior set-up to ensure we receive your payment on time.

Please choose the option that is most convenient for you.

1. (BEST OPTION) Set up a recurring payment through Hanscom FCU’s Online Access. This is the fastest, most dependable way to get your payment credited.

With Online Access, managing your accounts is fast and easy:

View balances and history for all your accounts
Transfer funds between your credit union accounts & loans instantly or schedule transfers in advance
Make secure check deposits 24/7

Instructions to get you up and running

To use Online Access, you will need your login id and password.

Go to our home page and enter your login id in the Online Access box, then click the CONTINUE button
Enter your password
A pop-up box will confirm your enrollment; click the CONTINUE button
Select a delivery method to receive a Secure Access Code
Enter the Secure Access Code into the pop-up box; click the SUBMIT button

2. Use your financial institution’s online bill pay

Your bill pay account number is your member number and loan number, with a hyphen in between. Example: MEMBER#-XXX (3-digit loan number)

3. Mail your payment

Please write your Hanscom FCU member number and loan number on your check.

4. Pay in person

Visit any Hanscom FCU branch; see www.hfcu.org/locations and check the Hanscom FCU Branches option.
Stop by any credit union that participates in CO-OP Shared Branching.
