How to make payments on your HFCU loan

Here are four options for making your loan payment. Some options may require prior set-up to ensure we receive your payment on time.

Please choose the option that is most convenient for you.

1. (BEST OPTION) Set up a recurring payment through Hanscom FCU’s Online Access. This is the fastest, most dependable way to get your payment credited.

With Online Access, managing your accounts is fast and easy:

  • View balances and history for all your accounts
  • Transfer funds between your credit union accounts & loans instantly or schedule transfers in advance
  • Make secure check deposits 24/7

Instructions to get you up and running

To use Online Access, you will need your login id and password.

  • Go to our home page and enter your login id in the Online Access box, then click the CONTINUE button
  • Enter your password
  • A pop-up box will confirm your enrollment; click the CONTINUE button
  • Select a delivery method to receive a Secure Access Code
  • Enter the Secure Access Code into the pop-up box; click the SUBMIT button

2. Use your financial institution’s online bill pay

  • Your bill pay account number is your member number and loan number, with a hyphen in between. Example: MEMBER#-XXX (3-digit loan number)
