With appreciation for his years of hard work and commitment, Hanscom Federal Credit Union announces the retirement of Tony Costa. Tony leaves his position as a financial control specialist in the accounting department after 42 years in the credit union industry.

When asked about his plans for the next chapter of his life, Tony said, “I have a long list of things I put off until retirement. I’m looking forward to getting that started.”

Tony started his professional life in 1975 at MITRE Federal Credit Union. That credit union was later renamed Milestone Federal Credit Union and, in 2006, Milestone FCU merged with Hanscom Federal Credit Union.

“Through all the years, the one constant is Tony,” said Hanscom FCU Senior Vice President of Human Resources & General Counsel David Ossam. “No other employee has that kind of track record.”

Tony is a lifelong resident of Burlington, Massachusetts. He is an active member of his church and is known for his loyalty to the Celtics, Bruins, Patriots, and Red Sox.
