LITTLETON, MA (January 11, 2023) – Hanscom Federal Credit Union has welcomed Stacey Browne as its new Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness. Browne will report to Kris Pender, Hanscom FCU’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She will be responsible for the oversight of enterprise-level strategic and operational planning for the CEO and executive team, Board relations, and strategic internal communications.
“Stacey is an influential leader who’ll provide the vision, support, and direction we need to achieve our mission to be the trusted advisor that people turn to for unbiased financial guidance,” said Pender. “As we look to coach our members on their financial journeys, it is imperative that our Board and the executive team are aligned around a common purpose and that our strategy is supported throughout the organization so our entire team can focus on our top priority: our members”
Prior to joining Hanscom FCU, Browne was the Manager of Business Development at Draper & Kramer Mortgage Corp. Prior to then, she was at Berkshire Bank as VP of Corporate Strategy, promoted from VP of Sales & Service.
Browne holds a B.S. degree from Salem State College in Salem, Mass. Her volunteering activities include Project Leader, Rider, and Fundraiser for the Pan-Mass Challenge; Senior Case Manager & Advisor for Home Restart; Fundraising Chair & Coordinator for St. Catherine’s Youth Mission Trip; and member of the Finance Council Committee for Blessed Trinity Parish.
