Good luck getting a X-tel password if you financed through a car-dealership. Worst banking experience of my life.

Comments about HFCU Online Access HD:

Creating online account access so that I can pay my bill has been the absolute most frustrating, difficult and stressful process I have ever dealt with before. Customer Service has not been helpful either. I have another credit union that I have NEVER dealt with this much difficulty.

New HFCU Website

Comments about HFCU Online Access HD:

I understand the need to modify the website making it more compatible with the various mobile platforms and operating systems. That said, I find the new site not so "intuitive" as its predecessor. There are certain features that are not used often, a with the new site it takes a while to figure out where the feature is buried.
My learning curve may be taking longer than expected, but the site does what I need!!!

I really like the Online to do my all banking almost any where's. The only issue I have is l'm unable to download Adobe Reader from Document View and see my 1099 using my Android 6.0.1 system. I can view my 1099 using Windows 10.1 Transformer Book.

Comments about HFCU Online Access HD:

I really don't like changes, as it causes me to have to take a new way of doing things, learning them and navigating a new protocol. I was happy with the old format. I certainly hope that this has NOT removed me from hard copy mailings. I have had problems with being automatically switched to email only in the past, and I did not like it, and had to switch back. I like to see a hard copy statement, and an EXTENDED account history, if possible, and when necessary, be able to access them online, but need hard copy statements sent.

Online Access: Remove Facebook Feed or Make Optional

Comments about HFCU Online Access HD:

Updates are good. HOWEVER, I don't need to see the HFCU Facebook feed when looking at my accounts. This feature on the dashboard should be optional (e.g. user can remove or hide). Use of social media is a great way to share info IF the user is interested in it.

Love the new unified look-n-feel between PC and handheld dev

Comments about HFCU Online Access HD:

As for many who have posted a review here, it took me a bit of adjustment to get used to the look-n-feel of the new layout. After a short adjustment period (a day or two?) I'm now completely comfortable with it. I particularly like that the experience is the same in browser and handheld (apps for iPad, iPhone). I can't imagine a use for "quick bill pay" - I always use the full version - but that's OK: I just don't go there. Good stuff!
