Temporary Changes to Branch Availability

Browser Configuration

The default settings in most browsers will allow you to log in to Online Account Access. The following browsers are currently certified for Online Account Access, Bill Payment and our other Online Services:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox 33.x or higher
  • Safari 9.x or higher
  • Google Chrome 37.x or higher

PLEASE NOTE: If you are attempting to log in to Online Account Access from a work environment we recommend you contact your organizations help desk before changing any settings in or upgrading your browser.

Microsoft Edge

  • How do I clear Cookies and Temporary Internet Files in Microsoft Edge

    - Click on the three dots (. . .) at the top right of the browser window
    - Click on "Settings"
    - Click on "Privacy & Security"
    - Click on "Choose What to Clear"
    - Check these boxes:
         - Browsing History
         - Cookies and Saved Website Data
         - Cached Data and Files
         -Tabs I've set aside or recently closed
    - Click on "Clear"



Firefox

Update to the latest version of Firefox.

  • How do I clear Cookies and Cache in Firefox?

    - Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the browser window
    - Click on "Options"
    - Click on "Privacy"
    - Click on "Clear your recent history"
    - Choose "Everything" in the drop-down menu
    - Uncheck everything except "Cookies" and "Cache"
    - Click on "Clear Now"
    - Close the Options tab

Safari

Update to the latest version of Safari.

Google Chrome

Update to the latest version of Google Chrome.

  • How do I clear Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome?

    - Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser window
    - Click on "Settings"
    - Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Show advanced settings…"
    - Under Privacy click on the "Clear browsing data..."
    - Choose "the beginning of time" in the drop-down menu
    - Uncheck everything except "Cookies.." and "Cached images..."
    - Click on "Clear browsing data"
    - Close the Settings tab
