Currently Chairman of the Board, Mr. Delcore joined the board in 2003. He has served on the Asset Liability Management, Executive, Hanscom FCU Charitable Foundation, Regulatory/ Political Action, and Board Governance Committees. Mr. Delcore retired from the reserves as a United States Army Colonel and retired from Hanscom AFB as an Acquisition Logistics Engineer for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Space Fence, W.A.S., and F.MS AWACS programs. He lives in Ayer, MA.
Currently Vice Chairperson of the Board, Ms. Conrad has served since 1999. She is the secretary of the Executive Committee, chairperson of the Regulatory/ Political Action committee and alternate chairman of the Volunteer Recruitment committee. She also serves as the secretary of the Hanscom Charitable Foundation committee. Ms. Conrad worked for the Air Force as a civilian for 36 years. She retired in January 2019 from the E-767 AWACs program as security assistance program manager. She is a resident of Chelmsford, MA.
Mr. Phillips joined the board in 1994. He is currently serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He has also served on the Condon Scholarship Committee, Asset Liability Management, Executive, and Social Responsibility Committees. Mr. Phillips achieved the designation of Certified Credit Union Volunteer from the Credit Union National Association, Certified Volunteer Expert from the National Association of Federally Insured Credit Unions, and also recently received the Cooperative Credit Union Association Volunteer of the Year (2020) Award. Mr. Phillips is retired from over 30 years of federal service, most of which was as a cost price analyst in support of the U.S. Air Force. He lives in Acton, MA
Mr. Kahre has served since 2017. He is currently serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr Kahre serves as chairman of the Volunteer Recruitment committee and alternate chairman of the Social Responsibility committee. He also served on the Condon Scholarship committee. Mr. Kahre retired from AVCO/Textron as an engineering department manager. He is a resident of Carlisle, MA.
Mr. McNeil joined the board in 2012. He has served on the Condon Scholarship, Regulatory/Political Action, Supervisory, and Social Responsibility Committees. Mr. McNeil retired from federal service in 1999 after serving for 31 years. He then worked for 13 years as a financial analyst in support of the Air Force. He lives in Lowell, MA.
Currently a board member, Mr. Pronchick has served since 2017. He is alternate chairman of the Condon Scholarship committee. He also serves on the Regulatory/Political Action and Charitable Foundation committees as well as serving as the risk management liaison. Mr. Pronchick works for MIT Lincoln Laboratory as the assistant department head of the Contracting Services department. He is a resident of Lexington, MA.
Mr. Rzepecki has been a Board member since 1987, previously serving as the representative from the Barnes Branch since 1979. He has held office as Secretary of the Board and served as a member of the Executive committee for many years. Currently, Mr. Rzepecki is alternate chairman of the Regulatory Political Action and a member of the Condon Scholarship and Volunteer Recruitment Committees. Mr. Rzepecki is retired from the Defense Contract Management Agency. He is a resident of Pawtucket, RI.
Mr. Sprague served as President/CEO of Hanscom Federal Credit Union for 25 years before his retirement in December 2021. During his tenure at Hanscom Federal Credit Union Mr. Sprague also served as a director and chairman of Eastern Corporate Federal Credit Union (EasCorp). He is a resident of Foxborough, MA.
Hanscom Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to appoint Mark D. Walsh as Director Emeritus in recognition of his long and distinguished service to the Credit Union. Director Emeritus designation recognizes Board members who have been invited to stay on the board in a nonvoting advisory capacity. Walsh served on the Board of Directors for 43 years. Mr. Walsh is a retired federal employee with 35 years of service. He is a resident of Acton, MA.
