X-TEL is our automated account system that provides account information over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can check your balance, transfer funds, hear a list of recent transactions, see if a check has cleared, even make a loan payment, even when our branches are closed. Simply call us at 800-656-4328 and select option 1. Follow the prompts to enter your member number and your four to eight character X-TEL Password to gain secure access to your information.

You can access your account by telephone using our X-TEL system,  24 hours a day, 7days a week. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Dial 800-656-4328 on any touch-tone phone and choose option 1.
  • You will be asked to enter your Member Number (do not use any leading zeros).
  • When prompted, enter your X-TEL Password (4-8 letters/numbers).
  • Follow the guided menus.
