Customer Service was okay. We traveled over 2 hours to get to the credit union, on a Sunday. They paperwork was not correct. We were told if we changed it we would have to come back during the week. Customer service was sure if changes could be made without losing everything. After, what seems a long time,speaking to the manager on duty she gave it a try and then walked away. She came back a few minutes later with new paperwork. She was not friendly or knowledgable.
